1. 30-Day Warranty

All our services include a 30-day automatic replacement warranty.

  • Covers losses exceeding 20%
  • Automatic replacement with no request required
  • Active order monitoring

2. Requirements

  • The profile must remain public during the warranty period
  • The username must not be changed
  • Posts must not be deleted

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if the account is suspended by the platform
or if the profile is set to private.

4. Refunds

Full Refund

  • Service not started within 48 hours
  • Technical error on our part
  • Duplicate charge

Refunds Not Applicable

  • Service already delivered
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after the service has started
