Refund and refill policy

Two different things go wrong with an order, so there are two different remedies. If nothing was delivered, you get your money back. If delivery arrived and the count later slipped, a refill replaces the shortfall at no charge. What you will not find on this page is a promise that everything is covered unconditionally — orders route through wholesale delivery panels, and once a batch has gone out the cost of it is already spent. Publishing the edges of the policy is the only version of it worth reading.

The policy in five lines

  • An order that never dispatched is refunded in full. Ask within 14 days of the charge.
  • A duplicate charge is refunded in full, whether or not you are the one who spots it.
  • An order that stalled part-way is refunded for the part that never arrived; you keep what did.
  • A delivered count that slips is refilled free inside the window printed on the product page — 30 days on most services, 60 on TikTok likes and TikTok followers.
  • A refund that is owed is paid in money. Never in store credit, a coupon, or a larger pack instead.
Refunds

When money comes back

Six situations cover nearly every message we get about a charge. The answer to each is fixed in advance, so no one has to argue their way to it.

Refills

The refill window

Wholesale-routed engagement does settle back sometimes. The window is what turns that from your problem into ours.

Every paid pack carries one, and the number of days is printed on the page that sells the service. Thirty days is the floor across the catalog. TikTok likes and TikTok followers run 60, because those two drift the most and a shorter window on them would be the wrong promise. Where this page and a product page disagree, the product page wins — it is the one you read before you paid. Claiming takes one message: answer the confirmation email, quote the order number alongside the link it went to, and the replacement batch is queued once we can see the drop. No screenshots are demanded, there is no form, and the refill is not resold to you as an add-on. Its cost is already inside what you paid.

What the window covers

  • A delivered count that falls back below what the order completed at, inside the window.
  • Platform audits that trim part of a delivered batch — the realistic failure mode, and the one the window is priced for.
  • Any pack size. The smallest order on a ladder carries the identical window as the largest.

What it does not

  • Engagement bought from somewhere else. We can only replace what we delivered.
  • A post deleted, archived or switched to private after delivery — there is nothing left to refill against.
  • Action the platform takes against your account as a whole. We replace a number; we cannot undo an enforcement decision, and no seller who tells you otherwise can either.
  • A drop first reported after the window has closed. The closing date is the part most sellers leave out, so here it is stated with the rest.
Payout

How a refund is actually paid

Checkout runs on KunfuPay, which takes a card, either phone wallet — Apple Pay or Google Pay — plus Cash App, Binance Pay and crypto. Money goes back the way it came in.

  • A refund we agree to is submitted within one business day of the decision. That part is ours and it is the only part we control.
  • After that the timing belongs to your bank or wallet provider. Card refunds usually post within 5–10 business days; wallet refunds are generally quicker.
  • Binance Pay and crypto payments cannot be reversed back along the path they arrived on. Those are refunded to a wallet address you give us, in the same coin, for the dollar value of the order — so the number of coins returned may not match the number that went out.
  • No fee is deducted from a refund, and there is no restocking charge on a service that was never delivered.
  • A refund that is owed is paid in money. We do not substitute credit, a discount code, or a bigger pack for it.
Disputes

Before you open a bank dispute

Write to us first. A dispute filed before anyone here has heard from you gets answered with the delivery record, because there is one, and that helps nobody: the bank takes weeks or months to reach the same conclusion a one-day email would have reached. If a refund is owed under this page, you do not have to fight for it — quote the order number and it is processed. If one is not owed, a dispute will not change that, and the email version at least ends with you knowing why.

FAQ

Refund and refill questions

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Not an unconditional one, and a page in this niche promising 100% money back on any order is describing something it cannot do — delivery is bought from a wholesale panel and a dispatched batch is already paid for. What is guaranteed here is narrower and it is kept every time: an order that never dispatched is refunded in full, a duplicate charge is refunded in full, a batch that stalls is refunded for the part that never arrived, and a delivered count that slips is refilled free inside the stated window.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Fourteen days from the charge for an order that never dispatched or that stalled part-way. Refill claims run on their own clock instead — 30 days from delivery on most services and 60 on TikTok likes and TikTok followers — and that clock is printed on the product page you bought from.
Can I cancel an order after paying?
Only before the panel dispatches it, which in practice means the first few minutes after checkout. Inside that gap, email the order number and it is stopped and refunded in full. Once a batch has gone out, cancelling it is not a thing anyone in this supply chain can do — the delivery is already in flight and the remedy shifts to the refill window.
What if only part of my order shows up?
Tell us and we finish it. If it cannot be finished — a panel running dry on a service, or a target that stopped accepting delivery — the shortfall is refunded and you keep what arrived. You are never asked to accept a half-filled order as complete, and you are never asked to calculate the split yourself.
If Instagram strips the likes a week later, do I get my money back?
You get them replaced, which is the remedy that leaves you with what you paid for. Inside the refill window a drop is refilled free on one message. Outside it, no — and rather than pretend that window is longer than it is, it is written on the product page in days before you pay.
Is buying followers refundable if I simply change my mind?
Once delivery has run, no. There is nothing to return: the engagement is on your account and the cost of putting it there has been spent. If you change your mind before dispatch, it is a full refund. That distinction is the whole policy, and it is why the wording on this page is a stated remedy per situation rather than one slogan stretched across all of them.
